DuckTeeth ("DuckTeeth," "we," "us," or "our") is a voice-native AI platform operated by Chad Kapper, Canton, Ohio. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit duckteeth.com or sign up for our waitlist or SMS notifications.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Email address (when you join our waitlist)
- Mobile phone number (only if you opt in to SMS notifications)

SMS messaging
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or any information collected through our SMS program with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you opt in to receive SMS notifications from DuckTeeth, we will send you automated text messages about your waitlist status and early access availability. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation and no further SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@duckteeth.com.
Carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and communicating with you (such as our SMS infrastructure provider, Twilio, and email delivery services). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own purposes.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of DuckTeeth or others.
